Supporting the growth of volunteers and leaders

“Thank you.” Volunteers need to hear it and leaders need to say it . . . often. Rich Nelson leads the Volunteer and Leadership Development Team to ensure that our leaders and volunteers have the support and opportunities they need to be effective in sharing Christ’s love and growing God’s family.

 

This includes things like:

 

•  Developing and maintaining a data base of volunteers and ministry opportunities.

•  Coordinating training and leadership development opportunities.

•  Supporting team leaders in recruiting, training, supporting and thanking volunteers.
