Youth Band

At Community of Joy we recognize the importance of music in a teenager's life. The teenagers at COJ seek to express their love of music and of God by throwing themselves into the music and worship life of our church. They are eager to share their talents with the church and to grow as musicians in a tight-knit, loving group. Our music group is made up of singers, guitarists, pianists, horn players, reed players, string players, and drummers. Everyone is welcomed enthusiastically into this group because we all recognize how much we rely on each other to succeed. The youth band and choir meets every Wednesday evening 6:30-7:00pm to practice, and they perform monthly for the main worship services, to the people's great delight! This group is for anyone, regardless of musical background, talent or peceived lack thereof, ages 13-18. Come out on Wednesday night and instantly become infected by the contagious joy of this exciting group!
